Another Lost Cat - Harringay Ladder (North End)

Hi everyone,

 

You may have seen posters round the Harringay Ladder looking for a lost silver cat. Well, now my brown cat has gone awol too. I am hopeful that she has just got confused and wandered off somewhere. If you live in the north end of the ladder, or Wightman Road, I would be very grateful if you could look in your garden for her. I live in Raleigh Road, so particularly Sydney Road, Hampden Road, Lausanne Road, maybe even Frobisher Road. Details are here:

 

LOST CAT! (Updated Friday Feb 11th)

Ilsa, our much loved cat, has gone missing (she hasn’t been seen since Wednesday 9th February - she usually goes out for max 30mins). Please please could you have a look in your back garden for her.

She has a purple collar with our phone number on it (or call Joe on 07837 600 553). She is a little overweight and has a bald patch on her stomach. She has brown fur with a darker brown face and paws (she is a kind of Siamese cross). 

We live on the south side of Raleigh Road, around where the A is here. She went out into our back garden and hasn’t come back. So, in particular if you live on the ground floor with gardens backing onto the area shown here, please could you have a look and keep an eye out. Thank you so much.

Hi Joe,

 

I saw the leaflet that you put through our door and have taken a note of your number in Hampden Road.  Will be sure to check our back garden and shed tonight, in case she's wandered in there for shelter.

Thanks. I don't think that can be her. Usually, she only goes out for around 30 mins or so max - and is pretty unadventurous, so don't think she'd have been able to make it all the way down there and back in that time. But has made me think I need to put up some posters a little further away, just in case.

Hi, I checked our shed and back garden, I live at 42 Raleigh Road. I hope she comes back soon. As a cat owner I know how horrible it is when they go missing.

Good news!!! Ilsa has been found. She had managed to get all the way over the passage and was found down the end of Hampden Road. One of our kind neighbours spotted her and called. Thanks for reading & helping!!

 

Now to take down all those signs...
