Volunteers operating speed cameras in Wiltshire

The 20mph 'speed' limit is not working. Motorists should be required to travel in reverse gear in 'minus 20mph' zones.

Interesting John.

I guess two questions more -

1. Will the Council/police play ball?
2. Will residents be willing to take part?

Well the Wiltshire police seem OK with it and the residents seem keen. Police gave residents training.
Mind you, Wiltshire is full of ex-army types who will be keen to enforce things :-)
