Flat/house for a short term let, starting Oct 2010

Hi everyone
I have some friends who live in Stroud Green and are about to have a lot of building work done on their home. They need to move out for a few months but are struggling to find anyone who wants to rent to them for that short a time. Thought it was worth posting here on the off-chance that someone might know of something suitable or be moving out themselves and looking for someone to take on the last few months of their tenancy. Let me know if you think of anything.
They are very well house trained!
