Anyone want to buy a pub
So another shabby pub bites the dust - The Poachers (a weatherspoons gone horribly wrong) looking pub on the corner of Westbury Avenue and Lordship lane has closed. Any aspiring landlords out there that want to turn this eyesore into a lovely pub - we dont want anything fancy just some comfy chairs, white walls with some interesting artwork and a good Sunday lunch - oh and no Sky sports we would be very grateful as it would mean we no longer have to get a bus to the nearest decent pub

Hi Paulie,
Sorry clearly I missed the beer bit out so along with the white walls, interesting artwork and a good Sunday lunch a selection of ales, wine, beers - both tap and bottled and a decent selection of spirits would make it the perfect pub - oh a nice beer garden would also be greatly appreciated.

What I meant is that white walls, interesting artwork and food are pretty much the antithesis of a good pub IMO...
