An old friend of mine is a distinguished teacher, soloist and orchestral musician based in London. He's a lovely person and his violinistic pedigree is impeccable.

Little known fact but a current Royal Academy of Music Violin Professor and distinguished soloist is a former ladder resident. Visiting him for the odd lesson was the reason I eventually moved to Harringay! (One for Hugh's notebook).
