Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
'Rebel' borough Haringey
Hi,
Can anyone explain to me what's so 'rebel' about Haringey? I feel Haringey is often lagging behind, doing things that other boroughs have done years earlier (e.g. LTNs, but not that I'm promoting them at all). What is Peray Ahmet on about?

My reply above to Brian Mahoney looks a bit odd because Brian quickly deleted his post for some reason and my reply is isolated. As best as I can remember, Brian wrote:

Yes, that's exactly what I asked Clive. I didn't delete it though (or at least not deliberately).

When I replied, the HoL software automatically placed a note saying the reply had been deleted.
It certainly used the word "deleted".
Rather than rely solely on memory, I'll use screenshot more often (on the Mac, it's very fast with keystrokes: Command-Shift-3, which captures the whole screen. I'll do one right now!)

I don't get paid either. Perhaps I need a better agent.
I'm glad you like my stuff but I'm unaffiliated too. Concern about mass uncontrolled immigration and its disasterous impact on housing, public services and culture is not limited to Reform Party members.
If anything, I am Blue Labour which I expect will be the only Labour faction left after the next election. The Islamist (Jezbollah?) faction and the Greens (basically already the same thing now anyway) will take a portion with the New Labour lot joining your old LibDem pals.
By that stage Reform won't need any fellow travellers.
We just have to hope that Starmer and his north London bubble blowers don't completely destroy the place beforehand.
