Hi JD.

My name's Steve Roberts and I'm a local window cleaner. I charge between £10-12 for the front of a typical ladder house. I wipe all the frames and wipe the sills including the underside also above the door and door panels. I see your post is from 2013 so would imagine they're due a clean. 07946-587912
