What has this to do with a North London suburb?
I hope nothing at all.
But crime and violence are not unknown in our own and other UK cities.

Presumably there is also a report concerned about the welfare of the people of northern Israel who have rockets launched indiscriminately in their direction on a regular basis. Or one condemning those who use innocent Lebanese people as human shields.

Oh and by the way, Gordon Farcas, I thought that you and I were partly thinking along the same track two days ago.
I then raised the issue of the likely misuse of the new technology putting these mini-bombs into everyday tools like radios phones and pagers. You posted as follows:I have no problem with Mossad, the Americans or our own security services
having and using this capability to prevent terrorist attacks in this way.I do have a problem since these weapons appear to be breaking the international laws of war. if this is not so I see many reasons why the risk if making random people including women and children blind, deaf or otherwise disabled does other than increases future hatred and desire for revenge.

Doodle, when is someone allowed to be passionate by you?
When would you yourself become passionate or even angry?
Perhaps when a friend or family member of your own is sitting in a plane next to someone carrying one of these mini-bombs when it explodes? Or on holiday abroad and go into a shop and is injured by an explosion?
Would this stop the issue boring you?
