just a general note to recommend a handyman we have used recently:

We had a kitchen extension built and had a whole lot of trouble with building contractors we had to sack, but then we found Patrick and he has done multiple jobs for us. Everything from laying engineered flooring, to damp solutions, to putting up a shower screen, small scale electrical work and "floating shelves"

He has a wide range of valuable experience, but the best thing from our point of view is that he is considerate, thinks about the jobs clearly, discusses what the job needs and is 100% reliable.

Patrick has been a breath of fresh air after the nightmare builders who did not communicate and seemed like "rip off" merchants.
