Visitors Parking Permit problems
Is anyone having problems logging into tarantoportal for Haringey Parking account?
I have changed my password more than five times in the last two hours and with email confirmation of change and still the log in page will not recognise my username and or password.
I can't get access to my virutual visitors permits, and will not be able to activate them when the visitors arrive next week.

The website is terrible. I have found in the past, if I log out and try a bit later it works. Also had to try on different computers

I'm not sure if it'll help but if you're not already, try using the website on Microsoft Edge browser.
It's the only way I can get the site to work!

Thank you tigha and Sharon for your thoughts and suggestions. My neighbor had kindly given me a few spare paper permits to tie me over for now.
To keep this message short I have tried all the different major browsers, I have tried various combinations and routes to sign in to my Haringey Parking Account . None of the methods worked. Last Thursday I managed to see someone at the Haringey Council Services at the Wood Green Library. Please note you have to book an appointment online and then on the appointed day arrive and present yourself about 15mins early. You will then be put into a queue with ticket number. Be patient. My queue number was called up and the lady, called Laura I think, was very helpful. She was able to rectify my login problem and place an order for Visitors Parking Permit, and I paid for them. There is a ten working day wait before they are posted to me. Meanwhile I pointed out that I was not able to get in contact with the parking people because I could not log in. She tried to find the contact number and email on the Haringey Council website and ended up going round in circles like I did, and could not find it. That was the main reason I attended the services at Wood Green Library.
So the upshot is that I have a few spare paper permits for now and wait for my permit orders to be posted.
