Can you ID this little blue flowering plant

I can't remember where this plant came from, or if it arrived by itself, but I have no idea what it is. Can anyone help identify it?

Looks like Veronica austriaca or large speedwell Hugh.

It was your luck that I just happened to be doing some post dinner scrolling and happened to know that plant as it's one of my favourites with such a lovely colour. I lost mine a while back and then something else filled in its space. If you ever have any spare seedlings I'd love one!
