Would like to borrow an electric bike

My husband and I were thinking about an electric bike but would like to trial one before we buy. Does anyone have one we could ride around for an hour or so to see how we like it? Thanks!

Electric bikes vary wildly, from the conversion kits to astonishingly powerful. I got a conversion kit as I already had a decent bike. It's a game changer. Prices go from £350 conversion to thousands. Halfords offer a free tryout from selected stores. The one at Cork Tree retail park is excellent while Wood Green should be avoided. Check it out online?

I went with a Swytch conversion kit on my existing bike. It’s very good, but their sales model is you wait months for it. Worth it though. Think it was about £650 all in.
