Love your place. May I give some constructive criticism? The last two times I popped in there was only one overworked and exasperated member of staff, who discouraged me from ordering food as there would be a long wait due to the backlog of online orders. I appreciate that this may be a profitable business model, but it does mean I'm somewhat reluctant to go back. Which is a shame, because it's very nice to have you so close by providing quality coffee and food.

Thank you for your comment, we love to hear feedback from our customers. We have had a few issues regarding lack of staff and we've also recently joined the online industry so we were getting into the swing of things...
We now have two lovely girls enabling us to open 7 days a week, sharing the work load and providing customers with the best service!
