I don't think you're going wrong anywhere. I'd just love to see minutes like these.
They openly minute the discussions around crimes, perpetrators and resolution/non-resolution.
I could email it to you but I suspect that wouldn't get through either.

Our system blocks me for social networking. It doesnt differentiate between opening certain files on this site and us wasting job time on facebook i think :o(

I thought you guys were catching loads of criminals on facebook!
Just had a coffee machine conversation with a colleague. Back in the days of no Internet at work we did an eight hour day. Now with Internet at work we do a ten hour day and two hours of web surfing.

My understanding is that the Met is very cautious about the use of social media compared to other forces. Operating in the context of those restrictions our local boys & girls in blue do pretty well on HoL. Hopefully things will ease up more in the future.
