I have a very large, dirty, slightly torn rug of Middle Eastern origin, not valuable - does anyone know who might clean and mend this for a reasonable price?

Following an accident with our dog we got several quotes for the cleaning of a pure wool area rug around the New Year. In the end we went with Rugmaster on Aylmer Parade. They were very friendly, collected and dropped the rug very promptly, and were competitively priced.

We used Behar Profex. They were excellent: cleaned, mended and moth-proofed, two large oriental rugs , but they were pricey.
I also used Rugmaster, though just for standard cleaning of a rug, and was very happy with the service.
Only thing I’d say is that I had to pay the balance of the cost on the spot when the rug was returned (and show proof it had gone through online while the guy delivering waited!) before I got my rug back — no question of paying on invoice, and I think they’d have been happier with cash. I got a receipt, so it wasn’t VAT avoidance, but I imagine they’ve been stung before by non-payment, so probably are extra cautious.
Many thanks for these replies - we've gone with Rugmaster.
