Digital TV repair person

Doesn't sound like a TV repair issue. Rather you need someone to improve the wifi. What's the proximity of the TV to the wifi hub, and have you tried tried moving it closer (temporarily) to see if that improves things?

Don't have a personal recommendation, but Marek - https://itboxcs.co.uk/ - is local and very positively reviewed on here. Google suggests he's helped people with similar issues before.
