Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

New River rubbish

Has anyone had success reporting rubbish build-up in and around the New River, and if so could you advise me who to speak to? I'd deal with it myself but the problem is in the locked section between Hampden Road and the railway bridge, and I can't get access without clambering over a spiky high fence and risking splitting my difference.
