Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
Reason for Concerm
Received a BACS Payment advise for a unknown person at my address
From Haringey Council - Isolation Discretionary Payment
Person Unknown
Phoned Haringey Council on number on Letter
But No one could locate anyone to assist
Will keep a copy and return it the post
Seems Council uses a Return Address service in Swindon ?
Surprised it needs so many Buildings and Staff , when so many Service / Jobs are out sourced
First time Noticed that. As as a Council Pensioner

Seems payment is regular
Phone calls get dropped off
Emails rejected from address given on Council Web Site
