3 Bed Terrace house on Fairfax Road, Ladder
A couple of years ago, I was going to sell my house but, for various reasons, withdrew it. I'm now putting it on the market again for 785,000 via a realtor.
I don't think it's often that people manage to sell privately but, as it happens, I did that with my Brighton house before moving to London. So if you're interested or know someone who is, do be in touch!

Actually that is a road I'm very interested in, and messaged your agent three seconds after they sent me details of your property. I've been very interested in two on that road.
I'm on Falkland (2 bed garden flat for £465k anyone?)
