Good financial advisor

Hello, could anyone recommend a good financial advisor please? I have a local accountant who does my tax returns once a year, but they are very hard to get hold off for specific questions and I just need someone who can advise with tax efficiency.

I am with David too...very nice, but he seems to be very busy and  always struggle to get hold of him. I am also wondering if I need a financial advisor rather than an accountant. I am struggling to understand who deals with what. I have questions about capital gains tax and pensions etc
