Hi
Can anyone recommend somewhere local where I could get my Kitchen Aid mixer repaired? It has just stopped turning on, I've replaced the fuse but that is as far as my electrical repairs skills go. It is the type of mixer that is used in the Great British Bake Off - new series starts tonight so I need to get ready!
I've rung Kitchen Aid and the only official place seems to be somewhere in Milton Keynes. Its big and heavy so somewhere local would be preferable.
Many thanks
Liz

I recommend Neil's Electrics in the indoor market at Wood Green. On the ground floor at the back.
I went there with two broken anglepoise lamps following a recommendation on here. They were brilliant.
Brilliant - thanks so much for taking the time to reply.
Update: if anyone has a similar issue. On Marian’s recommendation I took it to Neils Electrical and they fixed it for me. You leave your item with a £10 deposit which is taken off the final cost of the repair or acts as a quoting fee if they can’t repair it/ their quote is too expensive. They are open 7 days a week. I was really impressed with them.
