Try The Cycle Store (020 8368 3001), in Friern Barnet.

They stock new Frog bikes, but also have 2nd hand ones which they have accepted in part exchange.  They are about the same price as anything on ebay and they have been serviced too.

I bought my son a 2nd hand Frog 52 last week.
