I think there are ukelele lessons at the Shine community centre on Turnpike Lane.

There's  an open Jam session at the Mascara Bar, 72 Stamford Hill, N16 6XS on Monday nights - or there used to be - open to anybody and it's free, you don't have to play a Ukulele you can just join in the singing (which is very wide ranging).
