Does anyone have any knowledge of what Ivy House is and what it may become? It is the long Victorian warehouse-like building that runs some of the length of the north-east corner of Manor House. It looks like it is undergoing some work.

If I've got the right corner (north-east), a low red brick building, a very long time ago in my childhood I remember it being used by London Transport staff - the bus drivers would come out of there to start their shift. The roof was always covered with ivy, so it may have acquired the name from that. No idea who owns it now.
Thank you! Yes, that’s the one. Sounds like it had a good purpose back then. Hopefully if will be put to use again. The warehouse district is definitely an area that holds a lot of potential.
The building was originally constructed in 1898 as the tram deport for the Metroplitan Tram Company. It was still in use by London Transport in the 1950s. But I have no records of its history after that.
I think it's now in use a social housing (according to this page). From what I can make out, it was originally converted for this purpose at the start of the century. Initially it was known as the Manor House Hostel.
There's a project currently going on being managed by Hasbridge Construction who describe it on their Linked in page as follows:
Ivy House is a converted Victorian tram shed - our team are managing its transformation into 93 studio rooms with shared reception and common areas.
This sounds to me like this might be further developed as social housing, but I've also found this page which suggests that it may be privately rented accommodation now.
I mentioned the building previously in this thread (in passing in the original post and in more detail in comments on the second page).
Yucks. Another industrial-scale HMO. How utterly depressing.
Interesting, I quite fancy the diagonal crossing... do you have any idea how much of the plan is formally adopted/funded/in flight? Judging by the drawings Travelodge may be an early scope element...
I have no further info on it. You can find the plan by Google Manor House Action Plan.
PS: In response to a follow-up question on a 2012 What Do They Know enquiry, TfL provided a list which suggests that they still held an office at Ivy House (279 Seven SIsters Road) in 2012.
