Chins up the borough boys. Gotta move on from that defeat. Time to start climbing up the league. The £200.000 from today's match will come in double handy. The FA cup is a brilliant thing.

really good effort by Haringey last night - i only watched on TV, but was impressed by the overall quality and the goalkeeper in particular was first rate, real pity about that unlucky late goal they deserved a replay at least for that showing

I remember driving down with the Mrs and all the kids plus my dad to that game. We used to love trips to those places. Yeovil was legendary because of the sloping pitch. It was such a long drive on poor roads, but so worth it. A great day.
As for Haringey , I used to go there when they were Wood Green Town around 1959, I really enjoyed watching on the tv last week and will definitely take in a league game there soon. Not easy as I live in Chichester these days.

As a kid remember my hometown team Yeovil then of the Vauxhall Conference make it to the third round only to lose to 3-0 to Arsenal. Ian Wright hat trick. It was the build up I loved with all the excitement. People watching from trees outside the ground. Now I live up here you miss that romance what with Arsenal and that other lot dominating N. London headlines. Brilliant to see Haringey Boro' get so much coverage in the Standard and learn about their story and their players. Something to take my boy to when he is a bit older.
