Double room for rent in lovely house share

Hello,

I am leaving my current houseshare for a move Eastwards - I will miss my lovely house though! The room is available to rent from 30th September but I am flexible (could move 2 days later or earlier). The house is on the ladder and has a garden and lounge and comes fully furnished. Please message me if you are interested or know anyone who would be and I can send photos and details.

How much is rent?

It's £602 plus £100 for bills (incl all utilities, internet, cleaner etc). If you are interested I can send a link to the advert
