Another local 15 story development?

Homeowners at the top of the ladder are missing a trick. I'm sure something the size of Fairland Park would be given permission to go 15 stories.

Back at the end of the 14th century, Geoffrey Chaucer wasn't sure whether he had completed 24 storeys or 24 stories. No excuse for him either as he wasn't even American and it's clere he wasn't an ecclesiastical architect. He chickened out and sent them off to the publisher as Canterbury Tales.

Funny they say since the Hampden Road development was approved, it should be used as a "minimum ‘benchmark’ in terms of development capacity."
