Retrospective planning permission
Hello,
We have recently bought a flat on the Ladder with a roof terrace. The terrace has been in continuous use for more than 10 years and the previous owners assured us that there have been no complaints during this time.
We would like to apply for retrospective planning permission - if that's the correct phrase - for the terrace. Has anyone been through this process or know anything about it?
Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!
