Durazo and icelands

A bit a moaning im afraid.

Went into Durazo last for a Birthday celebration, i have eaten in here many of times but found it really disappointing last night. The food was great as usual but wr waited 45mins between our starter and main because they were concentrating on their delivery service more.after arriving at 7.15 and still hadnt been served the main by 9pm i had to leave as the children were getting restless.

Has anybody else noticed that all the new staff in icelanda are rude?

We eat regularly at weekends at Durazzo and haven't noticed it being any busier than usual because of deliveries. Did you complain before you were forced to leave? The owner is usually very quick to respond to customer issues and is always accommodating.

Yeah we did we asked a few times, and was told it wont be long but all we kept seeing waa pizza after pizza being sent out. I was only waiting on a tuna salad as well. This is the 1st time ive ever had a issue as the service, quality and price is always fantastic.
