Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

We bought a large overhanging parasol for our garden a few years back but we don't really get enough sun where we sit to justify it. It's only drawback is that sometimes the rachet mechanism for putting up the shade doesn't quite click into place - but it has never stopped us using it. It folds up and has a cover for when you aren't using it.

It is this sort of style (we got it from Sunshine garden centre); https://www.homebase.co.uk/marquee-overhanging-garden-parasol-3m-da...

Yours if you'd like it! We are on Seymour. It's very heavy (especially the base) so unless you live nearby you would need a car...

Hi - I’d be interested but can you tell me the diameter or height at all? The one you linked was 3 m, is it that model or just the style

thanks

Good point! It is 220 cm tall. When fully open the parasol is 260ish in diameter. The parasol is black.

Thanks - does it store at less than 220? Or does it always remain at that height?

No it can't be reduced in height apart from by taking it off the base but that would only knock off 10 cm. If you're wondering about inside storage, we've always kept it outside with the cover on - it's too heavy to move into the house even once a year (in my view, but others with more stamina may disagree!).

Thanks I’m also wondering if I can fit it in my car! Would I be able to come round and pick it up tomorrow morning?

Oh I see - of course. Yes tomorrow am would be fine. I will pm you my details.

Hi if DTW didn't take it in the end I'd be very interested. Please let me know if it is still available. Thanks

Would be able to collect immediately at your convenience.. if it gets to me.

Thanks. Have a blessed day.

kenneth.
