A painting on a sheet of glass appeared on Roseberry a few days ago. Then it rematerialised around the corner on Sussex, leaning against a garage door. I saw someone pondering it, then taking pictures. And then this. (See picture.)
There's something about the way it has smashed... Am I losing the plot? Or is this a piece of fly-tipping inspired creativity?
Someone's parked their 4x4 over it now.
(The glass had broken into fairly smooth pieces; I think it's safety glass, anyway.)

But was it "street art"? Or dumped trash?
Fly-tipper or "creative"? Or maybe it's an "intervention"? Or a "provocation"?
"Found art"? Perhaps litter "assisted" to become art? A "readymade" or a more worthy object - Un objet trouvé? Something which used to be a small, perhaps even valuable and admirable tiny "piece" of glass street art.
Un petit d'un petit which fell off a wall, Pam?
Flattery Friday. I adore it.
Er absolutely smashing? But surely it is only art if it was deliberate and thus a creation. More like that Tracey Emin's daft unmade bed!? So worth an absolute fortune - anyone gather it up?
Good point. I saw it first and will exact a commission on any sale
