Wanted: new people to help out at Friends of Fairland Park

Friends of Fairland Park could really do with some new people to come help out do things at the park. The group is just local people who use the park and as children grow up people become less involved so it would be great to find some more new people.  

Most of what FoFP do is help run the annual events like the movie night, lantern parade, and the less frequent events like the Harringay Hurtle, Easter Egg hunts, Summer parties and sometimes some gardening or clean up sessions.

We'd really like there to be more events at the park, there are usually grants we can find to help pay for them, but we don't have people now with time to do many things.

Presently we're trying to do something for the Summer Solstice on Saturday 23rd of June, so come help with that to see how we get things done, or if you've ideas for other activities at the park you'd like to see then we could help you do those too.
