I second the recommendation of Louis. 

He mended the broken fence post in record time, not expensive, clean and tidy, courteous, willing to do other jobs as well. 

Very glad we saw the recommendation on here.

I can recommend Belo horizon, they replaced our garden fence a year or so ago and they did a great job.
