There are posts on here about nefarious goings on the 29 bus so I just wanted to share a story about someone doing a kind thing.
After a completely shattering day at work I was in a complete zombie state by the time I got on the 29 from Manor House to Mattison Road, and I managed to leave my bag with my work laptop in it on the bus when I got off.
I assumed that was it and I'd never see it again, but a very kind person handed it in and I've just been to collect it from the very efficient smiley TFL Lost Property team.
There's a small chance that whoever handed it in is on this forum - so if it was you thank you very much. I work for a tiny homeless charity and neither me or the charity could have afforded to replace it, so you've done an extra good deed.

Great to hear a story of kindness, I'm glad you got your laptop back.
Thanks NY lovely person story and little tip from someone who often ends up falling asleep on buses is to tie a ribbon around bag and wrist first. Maybe dark blue for man if this tip sounds bit girly?
