Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

pilates class....

.....anyone know where there's a local one, please? My GP recommended I try it over a month ago and getting a DVD gave me no motivation to try it!

Becki teaches great classes at South Harringay school in Mattison Road on Mon, Tues, Weds evenings and Friday mornings.
