Does anyone have any experience with getting Homes for Haringey to issue visitor permits by post on an estate controlled parking scheme?
I keep sending the forms off and hearing nothing back, and have now been told that they're only available by going in person to a customer service centre - which directly contradicts their website. I really don't want to go through all the queueing that any visit to a customer service centre involves, and given I work 9-5 it's a pain to get there so I'm hoping someone has some top tips on how to get them to issue the darn things by post?
I do so love Homes for Haringey

Dear Cat,
My name is Gethin Segel and I am the Parking & Projects Manager for Homes for Haringey.
It appears that you have been given incorrect information regarding our application process for visitor permits. Please accept my apologies.
I can confirm that we still offer a postal application process. Information on the process as well as the application form can be found on our website, here;
http://www.homesforharingey.org/your-neighbourhood/parking
I do hope that the above is helpful and fully addresses the problem. It would be helpful if you could advise me where you received the incorrect advice so I can ensure other customers do not have the same experience.
Yours,
Gethin
