Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

The Criterion Buildings was the first Victorian edifice built on the site of the former (and much photographed) blacksmith's forge at the junction of Crouch Hill and Crouch End Hill.

Young children on the street alone, with no adults holding their hands! It’s a miracle that any of our ancestors survived! :-)
