Programme from an ice hockey match when Harringay took on the might of the Soviet Union single-handed!
The Harringay Racers were invited to the Soviet Union after playing in the Ahern Cup in 1955. They played three games in Moscow on Dec 12-15, 1955
December 12 - USSR 7, Harringay Racers 1
December 13 - USSR 'B' 3, Harringay Racers 5
December 15 - USSR 4, Harringay Racers 0
They made a second visit in 1957. (Nice to see that the person who posted this clip to YT has used Harringay as a proxy for England. Well, I guess I won't argue!)
