Thanks Karen. Now I have more than 200 characters I'll expand a bit!

Rowena, her partner and their new born baby moved in to 21 Warham a week ago and got notice of this planning application a few days ago. The application is to convert a single family dwelling into a house with 8 bedrooms and no living room. The applicant says it is to provide accommodation for students and is quite obviously an HMO.

Rowena came over to see me this afternoon (with her lovely newborn) and is is very upset about the application and starting to wonder if they have made a big mistake coming to live here. Surely this application goes against planning policy and the current drive to restrict and enforce against HMOs. Anything you and David can do to help would be much appreciated.
