Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

London's V2 rocket sites are being mapped by Londonist here

They have sites near the West Reservoir and on Crouch Hill, but weren't there some strikes round here?

They are still looking for people to help them add info to the map. Let them know via comments if you have any info

I am afraid I can't say. I did extract, from the records in Bruce Castle, 36 bomb damage incidents on Green Lanes and the Ladder, between 1940 and 1944. Few of these gave precise locations and some were only partial damage, the buildings being taken down after the war. It would be a difficult and time consuming job to try and locate all the damage by reconciling reports in the LMA and Bruce Castle, although I think Bill Rust has done some work on this.
There must have been a grant from the government after the war, as I remember the whole side wall being pulled down in our rented house on Stanhope Gardens. We had a big tarmac in our kitchen, they said it was bomb damage.
See this new conversation over in the forum.
Here a colour picture I've just made of where the bombs dropped

Your right-hand V2 is slightly off - it should be just to the left of the Railtrack symbol on Hornsey station ie. on Tottenham Lane.
I see six HEs landed on the Passage - I bet that scared the crap out of a few dogs :-)
Great stuff - is that based on the other one I got from a memoirs book earlier in this thread?
Yes, I used a google map and a bit of photoshopping
Good job too.
My list of incidents relating to the Harringay ladder is tabulated as a spread sheet. hope it helps.

That's great John. Don't suppose you have the missing house numbers?
You can fairly easily spot the infill rebuilding, from which house numbers could be deduced.
