would you like all The Passage bollards to be repainted?

You may have seen these recently painted bollards on Effingham Road - part of the makeover on that road. I really like the white tipped bollards, but do wonder why Effingham Road was singled out for this treatment.

I have put in a Making the Difference proposal to have all The Passage bollards restored.

Does anyone know how much it cost to glitz up Effingham? Pitty Lammy didn't have Falkland done.
