Hi Harringey council do this. I had them in to get rid of a cockroach problem and they did a great job! No cockroaches back! And they guarantee the worn too. Reasonable rates as well and at least you know you won't get ripped off by the council...

I used Rentokil last year - got a few quotes and they were cheapest and used the leat invasive method, plus they were really reliable.
