I'm not actually aware of anything happening. Haringey's website on the whole upgrade is really out of date.

Found this on Harringey website:

Next Steps - updated August 2013

The Public Consultation analysis is helping to influence the current Detailed Design stage, which is programmed to be finalised in late summer 2013. Comments received from the consultation will be recognised within the final Detailed Design where feasible.

Following the Detailed Design stage the scheme will be presented to our scheme funding providers (TfL), who will then make a decision whether to grant funding to take the scheme forward to construction or not. All key stakeholders will be informed of this decision and further information will also be posted on this web page.

If TfL grant construction funding for the scheme, we will then conduct the “Statutory Notification” stage in Autumn/Winter 2013, when final plans will be made available to Statutory Stakeholders (Police, Fire, Ambulance), the local community and various other key stakeholders (residents' groups, businesses and other interested parties) for final comments regarding the Statutory elements of the scheme (Statutory elements are the technical legal elements of the scheme such as changes to parking, bus stop locations or waiting and loading restrictions).

Here's news of the application for the Turnpike Lane junction with it's whacky fake tree.
