Topic 1: “What is Women’s Empowerment?”
I am pleased to inform you that Asian Centre has started Women’s Support Sessions as one aspect of Haringey Women’s Project. The main objective of HWP is to empower women through promoting independent thinking and living. The first support session will commence at 10:30am – 12:00pm on Tuesday 5th November 2013. I would like to take this opportunity to thank those of you that attended the HWP open day, we hope you enjoyed it!

Support Sessions with Haringey Women’s Project
HWP is a project solely for women, ran and conducted by women. In total HWP will deliver 20 Support sessions, two per month. This is a unique opportunity to for women to feel empowered and transform their thinking and living! This will be a unique opening to discuss and evaluate topics such as; empowerment, understanding health , understanding culture, domestic violence, equal opportunity and much more! All women welcome, so tell a friend or family member!
