Wightman Rd has reopened

So: pedestrians, cyclists - and other two-wheelers - are so advised.

I noticed this afternoon a jam-free northbound Green Lanes, a removed LED sign at the Green Lanes/Endymion Rd turn, and no sandbag-anchored sign on my west-running Ladder road. 

Surprised, I later looked at the Effingham Rd/Wightman Rd turning and all is reinstated.
