Hope it wasn't responding to my April Fool about Sainsbury restoring the dog track

Hopefully someone out there can catch him, otherwise this is going to end badly.

A vet will scan for free to see if it is microchipped.

If anyone can take a photo of the dog, or even just describe its colour and appearance, you can log it as a found dog on www.doglost.co.uk and www.animalsearchuk.co.uk

It is the responsibility of the council dog warden to take in any stray dogs. (Haringey Dog Warden 020 8489 1000 (out of hours 0208 489 0000). If the dog is not microchipped and not claimed by an owner within seven days, unfortunately the dog is usually put down.

Rescue places such as www.alldogsmatter.co.uk and www.dogstrust.org.uk are always helpful.

spent an hour driving up and down the ladder at 12 ish but couldn't see anything. The Police called me back as they were looking for him too so I knew someone must be missing him. Please let us know if this ends well. Hoping for the best. Xx

It would be great to hear back if it is him. Fingers crossed! I've been thinking about this ever since yesterday. I'd be frantic if it was my little dog.
