Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Idly looking at houses in the vicinity of Green Lanes, and came across one in Station Crescent, N15. Assumed this was at the location of the old St Ann's Road station, but in fact it's not near any railway line (being just north of Chestnuts Park).

Any local experts know why Station Crescent is therefore, so called?

It'll be West Green station. Where Park Veiw school is now.

I travelled on the last day of service and still have the ticket somewhere.

Part of the bridge wall is still there on the opposite side of the road a little further to the East.

Yes, right by the bus stop where you catch the 341 towards Green Lanes. For years I thought it must have been built over a long gone stream
