I've spent ages searching online for one but couldn't find anything.  Could you let me have the details of the Stamford Hill company you've found please?

If you have a hose. Fill bin up with water. Put detergent in it then put a broom in swish it around add disinfectant 10mins later. Lay on side to empty water out. Then one clean bin.

Use a bucket empty into edge of kerb any bits rubbish sweep up and bag it

Got a leaflet through my door from a company called Green Cleen. Google them as there is a website. I haven't tried them so can't tell you if any good but I'm going to give them a call.
