Last year, Hugh posted about a my society initiative called WhatDoTheyKnow which was set up to make it easier for people to put in freedom of information requests, publishes the details of successful and pending FOIs and publishes details of public bodies. At that stage, it was in development but now 18 months on, it appears to be working pretty well.
