You mean all-white background, and very slow response rate: The drop-downs do so in the usual green though. 

50p at Ladbrokes that the 'ning' platform is doing some under-the-bonnet work, not the Admins. .At least I guess so.

It seems to be coming back to the usual set-up (at 21.08).

It seems to be normal using Internet Explorer 11, but patchy using Google Chrome, at 21.35.

All very weird at first on the iPad / safari. No Harriingay online banner appearing at all at first.
